Salsa Babies™ works diligently to ensure the safety of our programs for all of our participants.
Seniors with mobility challenges deserve the same level of fun and authenticity as well as the benefits of regular exercise, so we created a specific Seniorita’s program just for care facilities/nursing homes/recreation programs that serve our more senior Seniorita’s!
With multiple Senior Fitness Instructor trainings under our belt, directly from the world-renowned Canadian Centre for Aging, our program is guaranteed to be safe for our participants, but also progressive to ensure that mobility and strength are a focus of each class….without sacrificing the music and those great experiences that our classes are known for.

Frequent Questions
Training starts immediately upon purchase, so you can start TODAY!
You will get a very basic overview of the training for your first two weeks, to practice. learn and prepare for your Kick Start program. Your Kick Start program starts at the beginning of the third week after you purchase.
The Kick Start training is a week -to-week training for 8-12 weeks – each week builds on the next for both business training and dance training.
Most instructors should be ready to teach within 3-4 months, though you can definately complete it sooner!
The weekly commitment depends on how many locations you want to open but will start at a few hours a week.
Absolutely!
We have instructors who have had full time jobs and taught during the evenings and weekends.
We have had fitness and dance instructors who teach their normal classes during the evenings and weekends and add our classes to fill in their daytime hours.
While not required, we do have many people who get Certified in a couple of our programs and are able to replace their 9-5 income, when they run enough classes!
Upon purchase you will receive access to some Pre-Training videos and resources that you will need to practice and review before the Kick Start program starts.
When the Kick Start program starts, you will receive weekly Instructional Video trainings to help you learn 1) how to structure a business/side business properly, and 2) how to teach our classes. You will be expected and encouraged to finish each week’s “todo’s” before moving on to the next week. We have a proven system that we want to share with you, for success!
You will also receive our original music to practice with, as well as all kinds of administrative, marketing and class materials to use.

No dance or fitness experience required.
We will teach you everything you need to know to be a fantastic instructor!
Your Certification includes:
• the Pre-training materials
• the 12- week Kick Start Business and Dance training
• Our original music
• Class and advertising materials to run your first session
• Your Certification Exam
• Access to our Instructor Facebook Group for support and questions
• Access to list your classes on our salsababies.com website
• Cost: $297 USD
Not for the first 5 months. Your Certification fee has you covered until you are finished your training.
Once your training is complete our monthly Membership Fee will kick in.
The $37 membership fee will include:
• Continued access to run our Trademark protected program
• All of our original music
• Additional advertising and administrative materials
• Additional revenue opportunities
• Unlimited class listings on our salsababies.com website
• Access to discounts on other trainings and courses

You will also need to purchase your own Fitness Instructor Insurance before teaching your first class or demonstration.
